Your watch is fully insured while it’s being repaired.
Your new watch is covered by a two-year manufacturer’s warranty that protects against manufacturing defects.
The warranty does not cover damage due to improper care or normal wear and tear. Trying to repair a watch yourself or through an unauthorized repair facility will almost always void the manufacturer’s warranty.
During the warranty period, your watch will be repaired free of charge at Gevril Repair Center by one of our expert authorized watchmakers.
Yes, Gevril is authorized to work on other Swiss watch brands as well. Please contact us to learn if your watch is authorized.
Yes, we can service watches from any location in the world.
Your watch will be repaired within two to eight weeks, depending upon the nature of the repair.
Once we receive your watch, our watchmakers will examine it and determine what watch repairs need to be made.
