Watchmaking is a highly specialized craft that takes years to master. The best mechanical watches are marvels of complexity and a botched repair can ruin a priceless treasure and void its warranty. That’s why selecting the right watch repair shop is so important.
Our Gevril watch repair and maintenance service was created in 2001 to provide customers with unsurpassed, factory-level service for not only every brand we represent, but for nearly all types of watches ever manufactured.
Our watch repair center has four talented technicians on staff with over 70 years of watch maintenance and repair experience among them. Our senior watchmakers are experienced in every type of watch repair, including customization and rebuilding.
We service an extensive range of fine timepieces, including both mechanical and quartz movements, as well as chronographs, pocket watches and special complications.

Your watch is fully insured while it’s being repaired and we will always provide you with a detailed estimate before we begin repairs. Since watch repair is an exacting and very time consuming procedure, we cannot promise that your watch will be ready overnight, but we’ll do our very best to expedite its repair. Once your watch repair is complete, we’ll return your watch to you via UPS or FedEx, and you’ll enjoy a guarantee on our repairs for a full year.
How to Get Started
Please fill out the repair form with as much information as possible, and email it to us at email@example.com. We’ll usually reply within one business day. One of our representatives will call you if we have further questions. In many cases, it’s not possible to provide a firm estimate for a repair until we actually see the watch. Please note that due to our insurance, customers may not drop-off their watches for repair.
We believe that our watch repair shop at Gevril provides the best repair alternative available for anyone who owns a fine timepiece. We can service watches from any location within the United States and from certain offshore locations with prior authorization.
A fine watch can last a lifetime if it is maintained and serviced properly. We look forward to helping you keep your fine timepieces running forever.
